A story of caring for an aging parent
Memoirs of a Reluctant Caregiver Life with Dad eBook Peggy Florentz
It’s amazing and wonderful and funny and sad and up and down. With wonderful jaunts into history and road trips. I even learned things about my own heritage – being Pennsylvania Dutch. And certainly this is something I can relate to having helped a mother through surgeries and Alzheimer’s. Having worked in health care (in nursing homes and rehab) and having helped my own dad through his trips in and out, I felt it was a bit of my story too. So thank you for writing this..I love this book. It pulled me in and I didn't want to walk away from it.

Hysterical and poignant both, a true portrait of the daunting task of caring for a loved one through illness. Written so you can feel the whole emotional spectrum of the journey.
